Dear brothers!
I wish to share my personal opinion with you.
Will mark important for the beginning following. After I have expressed the voice not of maintenance to the local athoretes of the Church declaring has told: " who has problems - approach after assembly ". But I personally do not have problems. I act on Spirit in me, that is it is honour, and from it it is very pleasant - for me it is not necessary to be shaked at dialogue with my brothers my face does not redden, and I am capable to speak not swallowing the endings of words, in common to live with light and clear mind.

I am indefinitely grateful to Heavenly Father for all his blessings, his truth, going from knowledge, and also I am grateful to him for free adgency!

By the choice I have made I can explain the following.

On an extent of several years I should regretfully state such facts, which speak that the Church of Jesus of the Christ of the latter day Saints in St.-Petersburg is reduced, is getting lower and stagnating. It means, that Church:

- Ever more also is more reduced on number of the really active members and new converts;
- Occurs gradual, but accelerated degrodaition of quality of discussion of the doctrines and service;
- The transition in a stage of stagnation is marked, when the programs are turned off, and between the people is increased the spirit of carelessness to each other.

I admit, that under the information, coming to you, told by me it not seems to you obvious. But actually it so! And it is not difficult to prove it from the existing facts. And that to you form the screwed perception of a reality - for me only one more proof that in handle there are such phenomena, which do not have a place in one sane collective caring about the future, and especially there should not be a place in Zione.

By even more annoying the events, occurring for us, on a background of that fact seem to me, that per the last year the Church experiences rough growth in all the civilized world, in our city growth of interest of the people to religion and rise confessions, but about our company sacred already разошлась everywhere glory, as " discomfort society " is marked.

Then, in the total, there is such number, that if we reap fruits, harmful to us, it means, that the people, taking place for an authority, carry on harmful activity, that is, are the wreckers of our company, or, or else, by the enemies of Zione.
Can I support such leaders?

Not in my rules to select(allocate) what нибудь the person and to speak bad words, but for 6 years I have an impression, that the people in Church really become worse with years, their morals becomes lower, and met anger in the harts of the athoretes to the members of Church on the force in general hardly where still can be met, though I in life was in many places and much met.

I could state by the letter the remarks, each of which would start with a question " why? … ", but when I began to consider, has seen, that of such questions around in Church I notice one thousand or more. Therefore sense has not discussion of harmful consequences in all manifestations, and search first hand, directed in depeth, in the radical of the usual problem. But for this purpose manifestation of your desire and persistences in reaching at first is necessary. For now we live as if nothing happened. Our society on former is supervised by the local leaders, which on the human qualities do not use neither deserved respect, nor sincere confidence for overwhelming majority of the members, but the people have got used to constrain the voices secretly and patiently to expect improvements. And in the meantime negative accrues. In a manual continue to mix up the same persons, despite of the incompetence, shown by them, or вредительство. It is uneasy to place(install) the truth, but that today is visible even blind is them adjustabilaition falsity and undisguised наглость, it is visible, that the people are anxious with struggle for an authority between themselves and having the desire to be full of salfishnes, instead of bilding the Zione. You see many years are same collective.

Still great prophet Bhregham Young taught, that " if blind will conduct on a road blind, that, most likely both will fall in whole ". I have addressed to you, as I am disturbed by(with) our future, I do not wish, that someone continued to discredit Church of the God in eyes those who today with eagerness searches for true, and such people I know very much, but they are repelled by the usual state in company of the St.-Petersburg mission. Undoubtedly that earlier or later Heavenly Father all the same will fulfil The operation and those people, who today is mistaken, образумятся and become more perfect, but by what another's victims and what blood of other people it should take place?

I can not give any advices, as I am not authorized by nobody, but me is thought, that all those people up to one, who though as has applied the hand to such process of a manual in our mission, which has resulted in such pitiable results, have no the moral right to continue the activity on any responsible posts of the leaders. It will be better to these people on some years to make a break to make adequate comprehension occurring and misses. And the leaders should become the extremely young people in the age of till 30 years, which never participat in the life in comsomol (The lenin communistic union of youth) or any other party assemblies, and which know how to be honour, because them did not learn(teach) professionally to deceive and they can act(arrive) so that their businesses did not miss their words.

Despite of mine dominaition, which can seem to you I am moved by the knowledge that this Church - creation of the God, which has created вс ё existing around, in this Church there is an entirety of all trues, which only exist, this Church carries on Itself living now Jesus Christ through The servants - prophets. I have huge quantity of the obvious certificate about the told trues, and also that by result of our fight here for incarnation of His kingdom the victory becomes necessary.

I clearly see from learning, as far as testy fruits brought by the Lord to the members of Church on all Earth. And I only want, that there were no such events and people (or organizations), which would prevent all of us and our descendants in our country to the full to be connected to that light pleasure and love, which he awards his tru disaples.

It is more to me than nothing rest is necessary - the God will give.
To me will be simply pleasant, if I could be to you useful. In the event that you will consider useful to continue our dialogue, I am ready to be withdrawn and to explain still in addition that I am not ready to trust by the letter.
